For 10+ years I worked with multinational managing agents, running condo estates to their exacting standards: MCST records, sinking funds, contractors and defect disputes under the BMSMA. I've been PMP-certified and a Fire Safety Manager, and I know the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) closely from applying it day to day. This gives me a practical understanding of issues that can affect ownership costs and the experience of living in a development.
