How to read this. Distances are straight-line estimates from each development’s approximate centre to the school’s OneMap address point. MOE measures from your registered address point to the school’s boundary, so real distances are usually slightly shorter, and different blocks in one development can fall into different bands. Anything flagged BORDERLINE (within 150m of the 1km or 2km line) must be checked on MOE SchoolFinder or OneMap using the exact unit address. Distance bands only matter when a phase is oversubscribed and goes to ballot; they do not guarantee a place. The two-track scheme and 60-place Phase 2C quota apply from the 2027 P1 Registration Exercise (children entering P1 in January 2028). Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) leaves the two-track list after relocating to Tengah in 2030. “20 sought-after schools” here means all 12 two-track schools plus 8 schools that are commonly oversubscribed; MOE does not rank schools.
